The stainless steel TDC flange size also can be from 15mm to 50mm, or other flange size for medium and large producers of square HVAC duct. Our Roll-former is consisted of vertical de-coiler, main roll former, saw cutter and auto run out table. the tracing cutter by servo driving system can be optional. The whole roll forming line can also be with glue-water injection device for the sealing mastic directly during the forming process.
